  • TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALBIONTECH AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS (DIRECT OR INDIRECT), DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
  • OUR MAXIMUM LIABILITY TO YOU IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEEDING THE CLAIM.
